ORBCOMM fixes

The ORBCOMM data satellites transmit their own ephemeris on 137 MHz. Decoding the downlink gives their position as they reported it, rather than as a prediction.

What the dots are

Satellite trackers draw orbits by propagating published orbital elements, which is a prediction. Each point here is a position a satellite transmitted about itself, received on a wire in a backyard.
